<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly weld base materials each other by surely melting filler metal by emitting a laser beam and supplying it to a portion to be welded by simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This method is a method for welding the base materials M1, M2 each other by emitting a high-energy beam B onto the portion W to be welded of the base materials M1, M2 and also supplying the filler metal F to the portion W to be welded after melting it by the high-energy beam B and, by arranging the filler metal F which is formed into a platy shape by securing a prescribed interval X above the portion W to be welded, making the filler metal F melt down by emitting the high-energy beam B to this platy filler metal F and emitting the high-energy beam B to the portion W to be welded through the platy filler metal F, the portion W to be welded is welded and also the droplets f of the filler metal F which is molten down are filled in the portion W to be welded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
