CELL STRAIN WHICH CAN EVALUATE FUNCTION OF C-MIR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell strain useful for searching a molecule related to the expression inhibition of an antigen presentation-related molecule B7-2 with c-MIR protein (cellular-modulator of immune recognition protein).

SOLUTION: A human-originated cell strain expressing MHC class I molecule, transduces a gene encoding the c-MIR protein so that the ON/OFF of the expression of the c-MIR protein can be adjusted in dependence on a medicine such as doxycycline. A method for screening a C-MIR protein inhibitor, including measuring the expression of the antigen presentation-related molecule with the cell strain, and to an inhibitor therefor are also provided.
