PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when giving the approval of data to be acquired by equipment analysis or data for control step by step through the confirmation of a plurality of persons, it is not possible to sufficiently secure the reliability of approved data, since the temporarily approved data is easily rewritten. SOLUTION: This data management device for equipment analysis is provided with an approved state application means for applying approved state information to analysis relevant data when an instruction to apply approved state information to certain analysis relevant data is applied; and a data lock means for locking the analysis relevant data and the approved state information to an edition impossible state when predetermined approved state information is applied to the analysis relevant data by the approved state application means, or a lock instruction is applied.
