PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which achieves miniaturization and thinning and excels in shock resistance. SOLUTION: The actuator is equipped with a holder 8 holding an optical lens 13, supporting bodies 3 and 9 supporting the holder 8 so that the holder 8 can move in the optical axis direction of the optical lens 13, and rotation members 2 arranged in spaces between a holder 14 and the supporting bodies 3 and 9 and capable of rotating in the space.
