PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall-surface mounted illumination signboard device, which is very simply and easily cleaned in maintenance, and easily and economically rearranged or repaired for damage, while, the inside of a cylindrical molding can be easily managed and cleaned, and stability of quality is excellent. SOLUTION: The wall-surface mounted illumination signboard device includes: a pair of upper and lower signboard mounting rails nearly horizontally disposed on a wall surface; an illumination light source disposed at the middle section of the one pair of signboard mounting rails; and a thermoplastic synthetic resin cylindrical molding whose cross section is a nearly ellipse and which has an opening. The cylindrical molding has a light source storing recessed part 2a that is disposed at the center part of the rear wall in the short diameter direction and that is parallel to the length direction, and the opening is disposed in the light source storing recessed part 2a, and hanging members 25a and 25b detachable from the signboard mounting rails are disposed on the upper and lower parts across the light source storing recessed part 2a.
