PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a component is easily flawed when measured, and wherein a clearance is difficult to be measured in a curved clearance, such as a corner part, or in a complex shape of clearance, in conventional measuring tools for clearance dimension. SOLUTION: This clearance gage for a product is layered along the thickness direction, with a large number of gauge sheets 1, comprising a flexible synthetic resin film sheet and having 0.05-0.25 mm of thickness and about 5 mm of width per sheet; the sheets are bundled in a longitudinal-directional one side part and is fixed to be formed as a fixed part 2; and the other end part thereof serves as a measuring part 3, where each sheet is formed into a free state.
