PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device of an internal combustion engine capable of preventing seizure of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The lubricating device comprises a lubrication oil circulation system 52 capable of supplying lubrication oil to a target part 53 of supply while pressurizing the lubrication oil stored in a storage means 51 to standard discharge pressure by a pressurization means 55 and recovering it to the storage means 51, a low oil pressure set means 80 capable of reducing oil pressure of the lubrication oil circulated in the lubrication oil circulation system 52 according to operation state of the internal combustion engine from the standard oil pressure in accordance with rotation speed of the internal combustion engine, an oil quantity detection means 73 for detecting an oil quantity of the lubrication oil stored in the storage means 51 and a control means 70 for controlling the low oil pressure set means 80 to prohibit reduction of the oil pressure when the oil quantity detected by at least the oil quantity detection means 73 is equal to or lower than an oil quantity threshold preliminarily set.
