PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary flushing device being attachable to a toilet device provided with a vacuum breaker close to a toilet stool and to provide the toilet device provided with this sanitary flushing device. SOLUTION: This sanitary flushing device installed in the toilet device provided with the vacuum breaker midway of a water supply pipe connected with the toilet stool has a main body part storing water supply function parts and a toilet seat supported turnably on the main body part. A storage recessed part for storing at least a part of the vacuum breaker by isolating the part from an internal space in the main body part is provided on a bottom face of the main body part.
