PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape affixing device capable of correctly affixing a tape to a workpiece without generating air trapping, wrinkles or the like. SOLUTION: A head face 21c of a tape take-out head 21 is constituted of a rubber plate 21b having a projecting shape, and when a robot 41 presses a workpiece W against a tape T held by the head face 21c of the tape take-out head 21, the rubber plate 21b constituting the head face 21c is elastically deformed by the pressure, and the tape T is successively pressed entirely from a part along the projecting shape of the rubber plate 21b. Thus, the tape T is affixed to the workpiece W while extruding air between an adhesive surface Tn of the tape T and a housing end face Wt of the workpiece W, generation of air trapping, wrinkles or the like is prevented, and the correct affixing can be performed.
