PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad holder which is excellent in the fitness of an absorption pad used together to the crotch part of the body and does not easily cause liquid leakage. SOLUTION: A belt-like member 7 extending in the transverse direction S of the pad holder 1 is disposed on the skin facing surface 2a or 3a of at least one of a front section 2 and a back section 3, both side end parts 70 and 70 in the longitudinal direction of the belt-like member 7 and the skin facing surfaces 2a and 3a are bonded, and an inner part 71 held between both side end parts 70 and 70 in the longitudinal direction of the belt-like member 7 and the skin facing surfaces 2a and 3a are not bonded. An engaging means 72 which can be engaged with the absorption pad 20 is disposed on a facing surface 71a with the skin facing surfaces 2a and 3a in the inner part 71 or in facing areas 2as and 3as with the inner part 71 on the skin facing surfaces 2a and 3a, and the absorption pad 20 can be held by the engaging means 72.
