Provided is a laser light emitting device, which has a light source of multiple wavelength, including oscillation wavelengths of a green region and the like, and has reduced sizes. A metal wiring (4) is formed on a supporting substrate (5), and a green LD (1) and a red LD (2) are bonded to the metal wiring (4). The green LD (1) and the red LD (2) are laser diode elements composed of a semiconductor laminated structure, either the positive electrode or the negative electrode of the element is bonded to the metal wiring (4), and the other electrode is connected to a lead line (6) and a lead line (7). The green LD (1) is a GaN semiconductor laser diode having a nonpolar surface or a semipolar surface as a main surface of crystal growth, and the red LD (2) is composed of an AlInGaP semiconductor laser diode.
