FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method of determining colour groups in fibre layers involves determination of standard colour coordinates Xf, Yf, Zf and their mean-square deviation âXf, âYf, âZf, on a sample of the fibre on its length. Differences öI , are calculated, between values of standard colour coordinates of the fibre samples Xf, Yf, Zf and values of sample standard colour coordinates of the fibre Xs, Ys, Zs (öX=Xf-Xs; öY=Yf-Ys; êåZ=Zf-Zs), as well as differences öâi, between values of mean-square deviation of standard colour coordinates of the sample of fibre âXf, âYf, âXf , and mean-square deviation of sample standard colour coordinates of the fibre âXf, âYf, âZf ((öâX=âXf-âXs; öâY=âYf-âYs; öâZ =âZf-âZs). After that the sum of the calculated differences (öi+öâi), for each standard colour group, is calculated. The colour group is determined from the condition of minimum value of (öi+öâi). ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy and objectiveness of determining colour group of fibre layers in flax stock. ^ 1 tbl |
