<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electrical distribution panel having a space for housing a power line. <P>SOLUTION: An electrical distribution panel A has a box-like body 1 made of synthetic resin, and a cover 2 of square frame having the outside dimension similar to the body 1 is attached to the front side of the body 1. A panel 4 composed of four panels 5-8, is attached to an opening 2a on the front side of the cover 2. The panels 5-8 respectively comprise flat square main pieces 5a-8a. On the upper side edges of the main pieces 5a-8a, inclination projections 5b-8b having a slope which inclines to the front side from the upper side are integrally provided. At the part of the panel 5 that corresponds to a branch switch 14, a window 5c is provided to expose an operation surface 14a of the branch switch 14 to the front side.
