<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device which receives broadcast information and time information and can be made low-cost, low in power consumption, and compact. <P>SOLUTION: A television receiving device 1 comprises a local oscillation signal generating means of selecting a signal to be received including at least a broadcast signal, determining a local oscillation frequency according to the selected signal to be received, and generating a local oscillation signal having the local oscillation frequency, a frequency converting means of converting the signal to be received included in the receiving signal into an intermediate-frequency signal by mixing the local oscillation signal and receiving signal with each other, a demodulating means 60 of demodulating the intermediate-frequency signal included in a predetermined frequency band, and an output means 80 of outputting information. When a time signal is included in the signal to be received, local oscillation frequencies are determined respectively so that an occupation frequency band of an intermediate-frequency signal generated by converting a narrow-band layer of the broadcast signal and an occupation frequency band of an intermediate-frequency signal generated by converting the time signal are included in a predetermined frequency band and two occupation frequency bands do not overlap with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
