<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a yaw moment control amount in accordance with a variation of dynamics of a vehicle including a non-steady vehicle accelerating/decelerating state. <P>SOLUTION: A motion control device for the vehicle including a control means for controlling a yaw moment of the vehicle has a first detecting means for detecting a longitudinal velocity V of the vehicle, a second detecting means for detecting a lateral jerk (Gy_dot) of the vehicle, and a third detecting means for detecting a yaw angular acceleration (r_dot) of the vehicle. The yaw moment of the vehicle is controlled to reduce a difference between a value (Gy_dot/V) obtained by dividing the lateral jerk (Gy_dot) of the vehicle detected by the second detecting means, by the longitudinal velocity (V) of the vehicle detected by the first detecting means, and the yaw angular acceleration (r_dot) of the vehicle detected by the third detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
