PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid beforehand copying of contents more than necessary. SOLUTION: When a user requests to copy a certain content recorded in a hard disk 12, a warning message of different content is displayed before the copying is actually performed, according to the number of times of copying the same content. The user is requested to carry out an operation of different content. For example, as the number of copying times is larger, a message of larger degree of warning is displayed, and the user is requested to carry out an operation of complex content. When the continuance of copying after confirmation of the warming message is requested and a predetermined operation is carried out as requested, the content is copied.
