PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide switching equipment capable of reducing a cost while being capable of preventing the mistaken detection of an operation due to individual operation difference or the like. SOLUTION: The switching equipment 2 is composed of an electrostatic capacity IC10, an operating key 23, an electrode 24a for a touch, a movable electrode 24b for the touch, the movable electrode 25a for a pushing, a substrate 27, a first signal conductor 200 and a second signal conductor 201. Since the second signal conductor 201 is connected between a load resistor 10B for the electrostatic capacity IC10 and an oscillating section 10A, the directions of the changes of an output signal in the case of a touch operation and the output signal in the case of a pushing operation are inverted, and the mistaken detections by the individual differences can be prevented.
