PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of uniformity resulting from the deviation of shape and weight by a molding jig through the advantageous utilization of the deviation of weight of a tire constituting member caused by forming the tire constituting member through the utilization of a ribbonlike rubber. SOLUTION: First of all, a test tire is manufactured by marking a position corresponding to a referential position of a green tire (S103). RFV fluctuation of the manufactured test tire is measured (S104). A rotation angle (phase) from the marked position which is a RFV minimum position on the tire circumference is acquired from the measured RFV fluctuation (S105). On the basis of the rotation angle information, a position of an end of a ribbon-like rubber is set in RAM 753 of a control part 75 in a tire molding drum (S106).
