PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling roll comprising a rolling ring and a base metal and capable of preventing generation of a crack by decreasing a tensile stress acting on the rolling ring located on the outer circumferential side. SOLUTION: In the rolling roll 10 comprising the cemented carbide-made rolling ring 11 having a rolling part 13 formed on the outer circumferential surface 11a to rolling-shape a workpiece and the ring-like base metal 12 arranged on the inner circumference of the rolling roll 11, the respective inner and outer circumferential surfaces 14, both facing to each other, of the rolling roll 11 and the base metal 12 are press-fitted to each other with an interference in a radial direction to a central axis line L of the inner and outer circumferential surfaces 14 and are bonded with an adhesive M.
