Epoxidising of at least one olefin (such as propylene, cyclohexadiene, polybutadiene), with liquid oxygen while the olefin is in the liquid phase, using as catalyst at least one metal or comp and of Gps V-VIII. The catalyst may be an organic or inorganic compound or a composite of these metals.
