An adjusting method and a device for moving a movable furniture part relative to a fixed furniture part are proposed, with a guide unit (1) for guiding the movable furniture part on the fixed furniture part, wherein, in the correctly installed state of the device, and in a closed state of the movable furniture part, the two furniture parts are held in position with respect to each other with a closing gap being formed between the fixed furniture part and a front portion of the movable furniture part, with pushing means with which, after the movable furniture part is pressed counter to an opening direction of the movable furniture part, the movable furniture part can be pushed out of the closed state, wherein the guide unit (1) comprises stop means with a basic body (6) which has a stop section (6a) which defines a stop position upon movement of the movable furniture part counter to the opening direction. According to the invention, the basic body (6) is designed in such a manner that additional means (7) are fittable thereon and are removable therefrom without being destroyed and that a new stop position is definable in relation to the state before fitting or removal of the additional means (7). |
