A grounding rod structure of a drill blade type is provided to punch a base rock by a drill to enable grounding construction until obtaining desired regulation resistance, thereby facilitating the grounding construction and drastically reducing the costs of the grounding construction by preventing additional parallel construction. A grounding wire(100) is extended into an overhead earth wire or an arrester. The overhead earth wire or arrester protects a power distribution line and a transformer from lightning. The grounding wire is installed under the ground(500). A multi step screw or a coupling connecting type ground rod(200) connects an end of the ground line and buries it. The multi step screw or the coupling connecting type ground rod is extended by screw or coupling type connection.
