FIELD: transportation; packing. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for keeping the position of multiple packs (30) between two trays (102, 104) inside agitating retort drum when packs are subjected to intermixing process. When the first tray (102) is stacked onto the second tray (104) capacity is formed between the first and the second tray. In this capacity the first positioning system (106) for holding packs (30) in required position is connected with one of the trays. Packs (30) are positioned in capacity and held in required position with the help of the first positioning system. The second positioning system (114) can be used for packs holding at opposite end of packs from positioning system.
