FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for garbage collection in passenger railcar consists of container (1) fixed on carriage body (2) and accommodated in it piston executing forward motions with the help of screw and gear drive when the railcar is entering truck curve. Container piston is connected with two bilateral pneumatic cylinders (8) supplied with compressed air from reserve tank of railcar air brake system when it enters and moves in bends of road. ^ EFFECT: expansion of operation capabilities; design simplification and reliability enhancement. ^ 5 dwg
