<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an effective business activity of an advertiser by appropriately distributing an advertisement without interfering with call between a caller and a callee. <P>SOLUTION: A main server 10 extracts a voice advertisement upon receipt of call connection request information containing an IP address of a caller terminal 20 and distributes the relevant voice advertisement to the callee terminal. Furthermore, the main server transmits distribution completion information according when the distribution of the audio advertisement is completed. Moreover, when call connection completion information is received reporting that a call connection between the caller terminal and a callee terminal 30 has been established, the main server stops distributing the voice advertisement. Then, the main server determines whether or not the distribution completion information is transmitted in response to the stop of the voice advertisement distribution. When the distribution completion information is not transmitted, as a result, the main server extracts a mail advertisement on the basis of an advertisement ID of the voice advertisement and extracts contact address information on the basis of the IP address of a terminal to receive the voice advertisement.
