<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint and a pipe joint device for visually confirming the quality of a fitting state from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This pipe joint has a pipe installing part 12 installable in a first pipe 2, a locking part 14 insertably formed in an extended cylinder part 37 of a second pipe 3, that is, a locking part 14 having a first abutting part 14e abutting on an expanding part 24 of the first pipe 2 and a second abutting part 14a abutting on an inner diameter step height part 38 of the second pipe 3 and locking the first pipe 2 and the second pipe 3, and an elastically displacing part 13 arranged between the pipe installing part 12 and the locking part 14 and supporting the locking part 14 so as to be displaced in the radial direction. A check pin 15 is formed so as to extend toward an outer peripheral surface of the extended cylinder part 37 from the pipe installing part 12. This check pin 15 is formed so that its tip covers the outer peripheral surface of the extended cylinder part 37 when the locking part 14 is fitted in the extended cylinder part 37.
