<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information security device and a security system, capable of preventing input information by input equipment such as a keyboard from being eavesdropped, and specifying an eavesdropper. <P>SOLUTION: In the information security device 1, a key input interface part 106 that becomes an interface in input of secret information returns a bait key input value for read access from a non-protection domain 1011. A settlement company 4 which determines the propriety of use of a service such as electronic settlement instructs, when performing authentication, an immediate value to be used as the bait key input value to the information security device 1. A person who tries to eavesdrop input through the key input part 107 acquires the bait key input value.
