<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounting structure of a battery unit that allows a battery unit including a plurality of bipolar batteries to be actually mounted in a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A battery unit 3 is arranged in an internal space specified by an outer panel 11 and an inner panel 14 of a vehicle door body. The battery unit 3 is fixed to the inner panel 14 in the internal space of the door body via fixing members 5 while including a plurality of bipolar batteries.
