PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience in use of a mobile electronic apparatus by maintaining a suitable available state of the mobile electronic apparatus at all times without any participation of a user. SOLUTION: When a mobile apparatus 4 is mounted, a cradle 1 detects it and notifies a server apparatus 2 thereof. When the server apparatus 2 is notified from the cradle 1 about it that the mobile apparatus 4 is mounted, the server apparatus 2 prepares data to be provided to the mobile apparatus 4, transmits these data to the mobile apparatus via the cradle 1 and stores the data in the mobile apparatus 4, so that the data can be utilized at the mobile apparatus 4. In parallel with data transmitting/receiving processing between the mobile apparatus 4 and the server apparatus 2 via the cradle 1, the cradle 1 charges a battery of the mobile apparatus 4.
