<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the controller of a washing device and the cleaning system of clothing for inexpensively providing a cleaning service whose quality is satisfactory by reducing the load of a worker in a cleaning factory. <P>SOLUTION: A washing device 60 which washes the clothing purchased by a customer at an outlet store and its controller 10 are installed in a cleaning factory. Clothing information with which the identification information of clothing is associated is input to the controller 10, and stored in an HDD 14. When the clothing of a customer is carried in the cleaning factory, identification information of the clothing is acquired by a scanner 12 from the QR code of a display tag attached to the clothing. The clothing information associated with the acquired identification information is read from the HDD 14, and washing information showing the washing conditions of the clothing is generated based on the clothing information.
