PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel of high reliability by easily detecting the abnormality of the width of a sealing material. SOLUTION: The organic EL display device is provided with an array substrate 100, a sealing substrate 200 arranged opposite to the array substrate 100, a light-emitting part EM consisting of a plurality of display pixels PX arranged into a matrix form on the array substrate 100, and a sealant 300 arranged so as to surround the light-emitting part EM and integrating the array substrate 100 and the sealing substrate 200.
