PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired heating distribution in a microwave heating apparatus capable of controlling the heating distribution according to orientations of a plurality of rotating antennas. SOLUTION: At controlling the heating distribution according to the orientations of the plurality of rotating antennas 8, 8, a location opposite to the plurality of rotating antennas 8, 8 is suggested as a food stockyard by means of markings 19a, 19b. Therefore, a place to stock the food can be definitely directed, and employee's awareness can be improved to store food only at a place where a microwave can be surely irradiated. Consequently, as it becomes troublesome to place food at least at corners where no markings are given, a probability of a failure caused by placing food at the corners can be drastically reduced, resulting in obtaining the desired heating distribution.
