PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack enabling improvement of shock resistance of a main circuit board. SOLUTION: The battery pack is provided with a plurality of cylindrical battery cells 8 arrayed in a plurality of rows and steps, a lower case 4 supporting the battery cells 8, a terminal case 40 fitted to the lower case 4, and a main circuit board 50 fitted to the terminal case 40 to be electrically connected with the battery cells 8. The main circuit board 50 forms a support protrusion insertion hole 55 for inserting support protrusion 4b supporting the battery cells 8 formed at the lower case 4 to prevent interference with the support protrusion 4b, and is fitted inside the lower case 4 supported in a cantilever state by the terminal case 40, so that a shocking load is prevented from being added to the main circuit board 50 through the lower case 4, and loads of the battery cells 8 arranged on the main circuit board 50 are prevented from being added to the main circuit board 50, thus, improvement of anti-shock performance can be achieved.
