PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electric floor cushion capable of providing two different heat insulating temperature, "high" and "low", without being equipped with an electric structure for switching temperatures. SOLUTION: The electric floor cushion includes a heater unit 1 having a heat generation body wired in a flat shape, first and second cushion members 2 and 3 piled in a way that they are clamped by both surfaces of the heater unit 1, and a freely removable floor cushion cover 4 for covering a laminated body including the heater unit 1 and the first and second cushion members 2 and 3.
