PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a resolution compared with that in the conventional delay summation method, as to a sound source search method or the like for specifying a source position. SOLUTION: Time-serial data in a plurality of generated channels are acquired by picking up sounds emitted from a sound source existing on an x-y plane of Z=Z<SB>S</SB>by a plurality of microphones arrayed on an x-y plane of Z=Z<SB>H</SB>, a spectrum of multichannel desired angular frequencyωis generated by discrete-Fourier-transforming the acquired multichannel time-serial data in every channel, a matrix element is calculated based on the generated spectrum of multichannel desired angular frequencyω, and a simultaneous equations are calculated substituted with the calculated matrix element.
