摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device in which a power storing section can be rapidly charged. SOLUTION: The power storage device 11 connected between a main power supply 15 and a load 17 has a configuration in which a first power storage section 29 and a second power storage section 35 are built therein. In the power storage device 11, the power fully charged in any one of the power storage sections is not discharged at the end of usage, but separately stored in both the first and second storage sections 29 and 35, and in activation, the power storage device 11 operates so as to recover the separately stored power. Thus, the power storage device 11 which can be rapidly fully charged is realized, compared to a case where charging begins in a conventional fully discharged state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
