PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annealing furnace with which the annealing of an iron core can be performed by equalizing the temperature in the annealing furnace and especially, the annealing of an amorphous material iron core needing a severe heat-treatment time, is used as the effective means. SOLUTION: In the annealing furnace for annealing the amorphous iron core, the heat source and a fan 1 are set at the upper part of the furnace body and this furnace body is formed with a double layer structure, constituted of a furnace interior 14 defined with the inside division wall of the furnace body and an interspace defined with the division wall and the outside wall 2B of the furnace body. Then, the fan is disposed in the center of the upper part of the furnace body and taken in the hot-blast from the inner part of the furnace body and the hot-blast is sent to the outside of the double layer structure and thus, the iron core 12 is heated while circulating the hot blast.
