PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition usable for making a glass paste excellent in printability to substrates, in adhesiveness to substrates and DFR, and in sandblasting properties, and to provide a glass paste. SOLUTION: The binder resin composition comprises a segment derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer, a (meth)acrylate copolymer having a polyalkylene oxide segment, and a cellulose resin.
