PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape sticking device capable of sticking the tape to a predetermined position at high accuracy regardless of position deviation of the tape on a tape taking out head. SOLUTION: The tape taking out head 21 takes out/retains the tape T to a head surface 21c while directing an adhesion surface Tn to a front side, and a position deviation inspection unit 30 detects position deviation of the tape T at the head surface 21c. After a robot controller 42 corrects a pushing position of a work W by the robot 41 based on the detection result by the position deviation inspection unit 30, the robot 41 pushes the work W relative to the tape T retained on the tape taking out head 21. Thereby, the tape T can be stuck to a predetermined position of the work W at high accuracy regardless of position deviation of the tape T on the tape taking out head 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
