PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional attachment member is not flexible and therefore needs to manufacture and prepare several types of products and is not suitable for winding on things, while not being able to be strongly connected with fixing elements made of rigid polypropylene when a rubber material is used in the fiber and deteriorated very easily. SOLUTION: An attachment member is provided with a long member formed of an elastomer and equipped with a rigid fixing element on at least one end. The attachment member is manufactured by inserting the long member made of an elastomer into the rigid fixing element, injectingly molding the long member using an elastomer in advance, and outserting the rigid fixing element on one end of the long member cut in an appropriate size.
