<p>An image display apparatus and method are discussed. According to an embodiment, the image display apparatus includes a signal receiver configured to receive broadcasting signals including broadcasting schedule information, and to process the received broadcasting signals; a storage configured to store the broadcasting schedule information and at least one broadcasting material processed by the signal receiver; and a controller configured to determine whether at least part of a particular broadcasting material identified in the broadcasting schedule information is stored in the storage when a broadcasting schedule information display command is received from a user, and to output a control signal based on this determination result, so as to display modified broadcasting schedule information including information regarding the particular broadcasting material.</p> |
