METHOD OF PRE-TREATMENT OF CHIPS FOR ARTIFICIAL MARBLE

A pre-processing method for a chip for an artificial marble is provided to contribute to the nature protection by enlarging use field of the artificial marble and reducing natural marble use as the alternate effectiveness. A pre-processing method for a chip for an artificial marble as follows: a chip for the artificial marble and compound are injected in a mixer; the chip and compound are agitated so that the chip for the artificial marble is wetted enough; the wetted chip for artificial marble is put into the frame and is hardened in an oven; the hardened material of the chip for the artificial marble obtained in pre-step is smashed. Chips for the artificial marble of more than two kinds are mixed.
