A rubbing system for a liquid crystal display device is provided to improve the display quality, and shorten the work time by preventing droop of the rubbing roller. A stage(110) having a plate shape fixes a substrate(120) vertically. A rubbing roller(130) is vertically mounted on the stage and rubs the substrate. A mounting unit(140) fixes the rubbing roller rotatably while maintaining vertical installation state. The mounting unit comprises a rotating shaft(142) which supports the rotation of a rubbing roller, a supporting member which supports both ends of the rotating shaft, and a driving unit which supplies rotation power to one end of the rubbing roller. |
