A primer for paint marking concrete pavement is provided to improve adhesive property between concrete and semi-flexible package and to adhesive property with a paint marking concrete pavement. A primer for paint marking concrete pavement comprises (a) 3-90 weight% of solid content consisting of a modified expoxy resin capable of forming a film at a room temperature obtained by reacting an epoxy resin and a modifer; a thermoplastic resin; and a thermoplastic elastomer, and (b) 10-97 weight% of solvent. |
