A driving method of a semiconductor laser diode changes an oscillation wavelength of the semiconductor laser diode without the temperature change by diversifying the driving current and the driving time of the semiconductor laser diode to have a fixed regulation. A slot for a lighting time of the semiconductor laser diode is divided into the sub-slot. An oscillation wavelength of the semiconductor laser diode is controlled by changing the driving current of the semiconductor laser diode supplied to the sub slot when the semiconductor laser diode is on. An average consumption power applied to the slot of the semiconductor laser diode is maintained regularly. |
