A shaft type immersion hollow-fibre membrane module comprises a hollow aerating axis (1), aerating heads (2), hollow-fibre membranes (4), an upper end socket (5), a lower end socket (6), an upper end cover (7), a lower end cover (8), water-producing apertures (9), an aeration inlet (10), a guard net (11) and adhesives (12), wherein the hollow-fibre membranes (4), the hollow aerating axis (1), the upper end socket (5), the lower end socket (6) and the adhesives (12) are fixed together; the aerating heads (2) are connected to the hollow aerating axis (1), and the amount of aerating heads (2) is at least one; the water-producing apertures (9) are set at the upper end and/or lower end of the membrane module; the aeration inlet (10) is set at one end or two ends of the hollow aerating axis (1); the guard net (11) is at the outside of the membrane module. A filter comprising the shaft type immersion hollow-fibre membrane module is also contained.
