A waist band is provided to prevent pain of oppression when the band strongly tightens in the waist of user by dispersing oppression and make a user putting on the waist band moves waist as a user wants. A waist band for medical treatment comprises the following features of: a body seat(110) consisting of the length toward left and right in order to cover the waist of user; a body(100), which is combined in the body seat, including a waist reinforcing support(120) supporting the backbone of user; and a damping body(200) which is formed with the shape covering the whole or the part of the waist reinforcing support and is combined in the body to cover whole or the part of the site in which the waist reinforcing support is combined.
