FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes slabs heating, breaking-down, finish rolling of strips till final thickness with regulated finishing temperature and winding, cooling by water till winding temperature and winding into rolls. Stability of mechanical properties and saving of alloying materials is provided at the expense of that finishing temperature and winding temperature are regulated by finite thickness of strip, and steel has following chemical composition, wt %: 0.14-0.18C, not more than 0.15 Si, 0.40-0.55 Mn, 0.01-0.05 Al, the rest is - Fe and admixtures. ^ EFFECT: cost cutting at manufacturing of constructional purpose strips made of carbon steel on continuous broad-strip mills. ^ 4 tbl, 2 ex |
