FIELD: personal use items. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used in banks, bureau de change, shops and security departments for two-way transfer of valuables, particularly money, jewellery, documents, weapons etc. The device (version 1) has a case, trays - top and bottom, which can move back and forth, and an arresting device. The mechanism for moving the trays it two-way and includes toothed bars and roller assemblies, lying along the side walls of the top and bottom trays on arms. Toothed wheels which can freely rotate about axes are attached to opposite side walls of the case. Guides for the top tray are attached on opposite side walls of the case, and guides for the bottom tray are attached to its bottom. In the top part, on its lateral sides, the case is fitted with two extra guides, and the top tray is provided with extra pressing roller assemblies. Along side walls of trays between them and the traversing mechanism there are bars, which protect the mechanism from external effects. The device (version 2) has a case, tray which can move back and forth, a base, and an arresting device. The tray movement mechanism includes roller assemblies, lying along side walls of the tray on arms, attached to the bottom of the tray, and guides, attached to opposite side walls of the case. The case is fitted with two extra guides in its top part, and the tray is provided with extra pressing roller assemblies. The side walls of the base lie between side walls of the tray and arms for protecting the traversing mechanism from external effects (dust, dirt etc.). All roller assemblies are identical and their position can be adjusted. ^ EFFECT: design of the device increases reliability of its operation due to prevention of jamming of trays during movement, reduces noise during operation and allows for repair without detachment. ^ 14 cl, 13 dwg |
