<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide isolated an infectious recombinant respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). <P>SOLUTION: The RSV comprises an RSV genome or antigenome, a principal nucleocapsid (N) protein, a nucleocapsid protein (P), a large polymerase protein (L) and an RNA polymerase elongation factor, wherein the recombinant RSV has at least 2 attenuated mutations, and one of the mutations specifies temperature sensitive substitution of amino acids Phe<SB>521</SB>, Gln<SB>831</SB>, Met<SB>1169</SB>or Tyr<SB>1321</SB>in the RSV polymerase gene or temperature sensitive nucleotide substitution in the gene initiation sequence of the gene M2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
